Request account deletion

To permanently delete your Clara account and all associated data, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We'll process your request within 14 days and confirm once it's done.

• How to stop calls going to Clara — disable call forwarding on your phone
• To cancel your subscription — go to the Subscription section in the Clara app

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and settings
• All call recordings, transcripts, and summaries
• Your subscription and billing information
• Your Clara phone number (it will be released)

This is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to save anything you need before requesting.
