How do I get a business phone number?

Download the Clara app and sign up. You're assigned a dedicated business phone number automatically, a Canadian number your customers can call and text. There's no new SIM, no second handset, and no carrier contract: the number lives in the Clara app alongside your personal number.

What makes Clara different from other business phone number apps?

Other second-number apps give you the number, but you still have to answer it. What happens to my number if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, we hold your Clara number for one week and then release it. If you've printed the number on your website or vehicle, contact support before cancelling so we can talk through your options.

I already have a business number. Can I still use Clara?

Yes, that's the other way to use Clara: keep your existing number and forward calls, so Clara answers when you can't pick up. Many businesses run both, forwarding their main line and advertising the Clara number for a specific campaign or service.
