What are Clara integrations

Integrations connect Clara to the other tools you use to run your business. Once connected, Clara’s calls, messages, and customer details can flow into the apps where you already work, so you spend less time copying things across.

You’ll find them in Clara on the web: open Clara in your browser and look for Integrations in the menu on the left.

Live now: AI assistants

You can connect Clara to Claude and ChatGPT today. Once connected, you can ask about your calls, messages, and customers right inside a chat, and even make changes to your receptionist by asking in plain language.

Things like:

“Which of my inquiries are urgent right now?”

“Show me everything Clara knows about this customer.”

“Add a follow-up text asking customers to leave a review after their call.”

Both connections work the same way under the hood, using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that lets AI assistants securely talk to apps like Clara. You don’t need to know anything about MCP to use it: you paste one link, sign in with your Clara email, and you’re done.

Each assistant has its own step-by-step guide:

Each integration’s page in Clara on the web has the same full step-by-step guide built in, with screenshots for every step and your connection link ready to copy.

Connecting Clara to an AI assistant is part of Clara Pro.

Coming soon

We’re building more integrations, grouped around the jobs they do:

Coming-soon integrations show a Get early access button on the Integrations page. Tap it and we’ll let you know when that integration is ready.

Don’t see the tool you use?

At the bottom of the Integrations page there’s a Request an integration button. Tell us what you’d like Clara to connect to, and we read every request.
