Clara Link is a public web page for your business. It’s built from the details you already gave Clara during setup, so there’s very little for you to do.
Your page lives at its own web address, something like clara.link/your-business. Anyone can open it, on any device, without downloading an app.
What’s on your page
Your page pulls together everything a customer needs to know:
- About, a short description of what you do
- Services, what you offer and how long each one takes
- Opening times, including split shifts if you close during the day
- Address, with a map showing where you are
- Links, your website and social profiles
- Custom sections, anything else you want to add
Sections only appear when you’ve filled them in, so your page never looks half-finished.
Chat with your receptionist
Your page includes a live chat connected to your Clara receptionist. Visitors can ask about your services, your hours, where you are, and anything else you’ve added to your page.
When someone is genuinely interested, your receptionist points them towards calling you, so a browsing visitor turns into a real conversation.
It’s there so a customer at 11pm gets an answer instead of a voicemail.
Call you directly
Visitors can also call your Clara receptionist straight from the page. On a phone it dials immediately. On a computer it shows a QR code they can scan to call from their mobile.
If you have booking turned on, there’s a Book Appointment button as well.
Getting discovered
We index and optimize your page for search engines and AI chat assistants, so people looking for a business like yours can find you.
That means your page is working for you even when you’re not sharing it: someone searching for your trade in your area, or asking an AI assistant for a recommendation, can end up on your page and call you.
What it costs
Clara Link is included in Clara plans. There’s no separate subscription for it.
