Managing your subscription

You can manage your Clara subscription directly from the app at any time.

Viewing your current plan

Open the Clara app and go to Settings → Subscription. You’ll see your current plan, billing date, and usage for the current period.

Changing your plan

To upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Tap Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Tap Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm

Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds

We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact our support team.
