To provide core features such as video clipping, transcription, and summarization, our applications (Vivi and Cue) utilize specialized third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service providers. In accordance with platform requirements, we only transmit personal data to these providers after obtaining your permission via an in-app prompt.

Vivi App (Video Clipping): When you use the video clipping features, your uploaded video files are transmitted securely to Spikes for the purpose of identifying and creating short-form clips.
Cue App (Transcription): When you use the recording features, your audio recordings are transmitted to ElevenLabs to be processed into speech-to-text transcription.
Cue App (Summarization & Analysis): When you request a summary or analysis of your content, the transcribed text and any related user-generated notes are transmitted to OpenAI to generate the requested output.
Regardless of the application or provider, we enforce the following strict data privacy standards to ensure your information is handled with the highest level of care:
Equal Protection Guarantee: We confirm that every third-party AI provider listed above is contractually required to provide the same or equal protection of your personal data as set forth in this Privacy Policy. They must maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to secure your information.
No Model Training: Under our specific service agreements, your personal data, audio recordings, and video content are not used by these third-party providers to train their general AI models.

When you call a business that uses Clara, our AI assistant may offer to send you a follow-up text message (for example, a booking confirmation or a link you requested). A text message is only sent after you verbally consent during the call.
Message types: Transactional only — messages are directly related to the reason you called. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.
Frequency: One message per call, unless you specifically request more.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any Clara message to be removed immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.
No third-party sharing: SMS opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
