What happens after the free trial?

Clara and Clara Pro both start with 7 days free. When the trial ends your plan begins at the price shown, billed monthly or yearly depending on what you picked. You can cancel any time.

Do I get two months free with yearly billing?

Yes. You pay for ten months and get twelve. It is charged as one payment for the year rather than month by month, and the price shown on the yearly toggle is the equivalent cost per month.

Is there a limit on how many calls Clara answers?

No. Every plan answers unlimited calls, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. There are no per-call or per-minute charges on top of the plan price.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You can forward your existing business number to Clara and keep it exactly as it is, or take a Clara number and use it as a second line alongside your own.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term, so you can cancel whenever you like and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
