Understanding your bill

Clara’s pricing is simple and transparent. Here’s how billing works.

How you’re charged

Each plan includes a set number of calls per month. You’re billed at the start of each billing cycle based on your selected plan.

What counts as a call?

A call is counted when Clara answers and has a conversation with the caller. Quick hang-ups or calls shorter than 10 seconds are not counted.

Overage charges

If you exceed your plan’s call allowance, additional calls are billed at a per-call rate. You can see the rate for your plan in Settings → Subscription.

Viewing past invoices

Go to Settings → Subscription → Billing History to view and download past invoices as PDFs.
