Setting up and sharing your Clara Link

Setting up your Clara Link takes a few minutes. Most of the content is already there from your Clara setup, so you’re mainly reviewing it and turning the page on.

Finding it

Open Clara in your web browser and look for Public link in the menu on the left. That’s your Clara Link dashboard, where you’ll find your web address and the controls for your page.

Editing your page

Your page is edited by chatting to the Clara editor, right on the page itself. Describe the change you want in plain language and it’s applied live.

You can ask it things like:

“Change my opening hours on Saturday to 9am until 1pm”

“Add a section about our emergency callout service”

“Make the About section shorter and friendlier”

There’s no long form to fill in. If you can describe it, you can change it.

What you can add

You can also switch the live chat, booking, and the map on or off, and choose whether your page uses dark mode.

Going live

When you’re happy with your page, publish it from the dashboard. Until you do, the address won’t show anything to visitors.

You can hide the page again whenever you want, and put it back later. Nothing is deleted while it’s hidden.

Your address looks like clara.link/your-business. Copy it from the dashboard, or use the Share button on the page itself.

Good places to put it:

Because the page works in any browser, you can text it to a customer mid-conversation and they can read your services, chat with your receptionist, and call you without installing anything.
